As a veteran Hodager I’ll try to help you out, answer your questions;

Q: How much alcohol that you can bring?
A: All depends on how much you can drink, there is not limit. Only Rule is No Glass containers of any kind will not be allowed anywhere on the main grounds or in the overflow, Aluminum and plastic only.

Q: Also is there fire pits or a way to have a fire at your campsite?
A: Dig your own or bring a portable fire ring. Digging for fire pits is allowed only to a maximum of six (6) inches due to buried utility cables. Pits, holes and ruts must be filled in prior to your departure.

Q: I was told that it is on a farmer's land?
A: Yes open grass field rustic camping. Because the Hodag Country Festival campground is temporary, all sites are primitive.

Q: How many vehicles are allowed on the campsite?
A: One camping unit (a "camping unit" is defined as anything used to sleep in) with one vehicle permitted per camping permit/campsite. If space allows, more than one camping permit may be purchased per campsite.

Q: Do I have to drop my camper off early or can I bring it with me when I come? If it doesn't matter what is suggested?
A: They will have an ample number of sites available in the open camping areas and in the overflow area when the gates open on Saturday, July 6, 2013, at 6:00 a.m. It is a good idea to head up early to get a good camping spot.
