GENERAL HODAG FESTIVAL INFORMATION

CHAIR LINE

The chair line will still be on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, however, we have a new procedure with a change in the times for chairs to be put down. Our intent is to eliminate the long chair lines. Please read the Chair Line Details Here.

VIP LOUNGE & SKYBOX SEATS

For your viewing pleasure, the Hodag Country Festival has a VIP Lounge and Skybox Seats. These areas overlook the stage from above – the VIP Lounge from behind and the Skybox Seats from the side. The VIP Lounge Seats are sold per show. Prices and available shows will be posted and sold from the information booth after 10:00 a.m. each day. The Skybox Seats are sold for the entire weekend. Skybox Seats go on sale November 1st for $270.00 to $320.00.

PAVILION ACTIVITIES

There will be a band playing in the Pavilion every day starting Saturday, July 6th and a Karaoke Contest will be held on Thursday, July 11th.

FESTIVAL INFORMATION
  • Carry-ins are allowed (no glass) in the seating area, but for safety and easy access for our emergency and security personnel, coolers must fit under chairs in entertainment area (coolers are not acceptable as seats). Large coolers in the seating area will be confiscated with no returns. Coolers exceeding 16 x 16 x 16 will not be allowed through Gate 3.
  • There will be no busses for transportation from Overflow to Main Grounds to the Parking Lot.
  • Natural outdoor amphitheater
  • Rain or Shine
  • Only standard lawn chairs are allowed in the seating area. Other chairs such as lounge, multi-seat, bar/pub height, director, chairs with high backs or tables, etc. are not allowed in the seating area. Coolers are not acceptable as chairs.
  • Handicap seating area
  • Outdoor Video Wall – not a bad seat in the house
  • Concession stands on grounds
  • Modern flush toilets and ample porta-potties
  • Primitive, seasonal campground
  • Adequate RV dump stations
  • Showers on grounds
  • No pets or beer kegs allowed in the seating area or around vendor stands.
  • No squirtguns
  • No glass containers
  • Drones are not allowed on HCF property; they will be confiscated
  • Selfie Sticks are not allowed in the entertainment area
